Jemkon’s Single Component, Polyurethane dispersion Coating is ideal for interior and exterior Wall Finish as it is formulated using specialty additives for anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties. We have a wide range of products which are food grade certified.
We have a single component waterborne acrylic/polyurethane dispersed coating, containing an organic in-film Preservative for interior wall and exterior wall. Substrates must be prepared mechanically using abrasive cleaning to remove cement laitance and achieve an open textured surface. Weak concrete must be removed and surface defects such as blowholes and voids must be fully exposed.
Repairs to the substrate, filling of blowholes/voids and surface levelling must be carried out using appropriate Jemkon products. High spots can be removed by grinding. All dust & loose material must be completely removed from all surfaces before the application of the product, preferably by brush or vacuum. Clean rooms require to be dust free, hence covings are widely being used to arrest all the corners from accumulation of dust. Our epoxy covings come in different colours to compliment the floor and walls.
