SPM is a commonly used industrial term referring to a Special Purpose Machine which is specially designed and custom made according to the client requirement. These SPMs have less failures and better rate of accuracy and are much more robust as compared to their manual counterparts. Robotics being our strong suit, we have also started with our own Robotic Integration & Automation services.
Operation:
1.) Operator sets a part at every station at the start of shift.
2.) Once the robot starts welding, it switches to the next station the first is done.
3.) In the meantime, the operator replaces the parts easily.
4.) This cycle continues without any halt.
