Toyota's Mouse and Mole lines of automated guided vehicles (AGV) offer flexible, dependable, and cost-effective automation ideal for manufacturing and assembly line operations. Using magnetic navigation, these AGVs safely and reliably transport carts containing parts and products along their defined routes. This solution reduces product and facility damage, while simultaneously freeing up labor for more valuable tasks. Because of their low profiles and method of driving underneath carts to tow them around, we refer to the 3A and 3AB as mouse or mice, and the shorter 3A Short as a mole. While the three vehicles are largely similar, their differences ensure the best solution for your unique needs.
Benefits:
1.) Round-the-clock dependable performance
2.) Seamless addition to any assembly line
3.) Reduces or eliminates damage to products, facility and equipment
4.) Increases employee safety
5.) High efficiency, productivity and reliability
6.) Removes variables for increased consistency
7.) Easy to operate.
